ROUX ITALIA operates in Italy, under different forms, from over 50 years: initially a subsidiary of CABINET ROUX, a French company established since 1888 and operating on the same fields of activity.
At the beginning of 2019, the Dutch company TROOSTWIJK Groep B.V. active in the same fields for over 80 years, strengthened its participation in Roux Italia, becoming the absolute majority shareholder.
ROUX ITALIA is today part of the Spanish TINSA Group, in which TROOSTWIJK itself joined as of 2017.
The TINSA Group, already leader in Spain and Latin America in the field of valuations and consultancy activities in the real estate sector, has strengthened its presence in Europe since 2017, first through the acquisition of the Dutch company Troostwijk Groep B.V. and then others in Europe, including Troostijk-Roux Expertise, leader in Belgium in the field of industrial valuations and loss assessment.
Today the TINSA group, with 13 companies, is directly present in 12 countries (Argentina, Belgium, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Italy, Morocco, Mexico, the Netherlands, Peru, Portugal and Spain) and operates in more than 25 countries worldwide, with the aim of expanding further.
In 2018 the turnover of the TINSA Group reached 130 million euros and is constantly growing.
