ROUX ITALIA operates in Italy, under different forms, from over 50 years: initially a subsidiary of CABINET ROUX, a French company established since 1888 and operating on the same fields of activity.
At the beginning of 2019, the Dutch company TROOSTWIJK Groep B.V., active in the same fields for over 80 years, strengthened its participation in Roux Italia by becoming the absolute majority shareholder and ensuring that ROUX ITALIA also became part of the Spanish Tinsa Group.
The Tinsa Group, already a leader in Spain and Latin America in the field of valuations and consultancy activities in the real estate sector, has strengthened its presence in Europe since 2017, first through the acquisition of the Dutch company Troostwijk Groep B.V. and subsequently of others in Europe, including Troostwijk-Roux Expertise, a leader in Belgium in the field of industrial valuations and claims settlement, reaching a direct presence, with 13 companies, in 12 countries (Argentina, Belgium, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Italy, Morocco, Mexico, the Netherlands, Peru, Portugal and Spain) and operating in more than 25 countries worldwide.
In 2024, all the companies of the Tinsa group, including those acquired after 2017, were brought together under the new brand ACCUMIN, which is a global leader in the sectors of assessments and consulting, intelligence, software and risk management, and is backed by decades of experience in the sector and long-standing relationships with its clients.
ACCUMIN brings together more than 1,500 employees in 20 companies, in 14 countries around the world, with a global turnover exceeding 200 million euros.
